• Prices include room with bath.

• Prices include Bottled Water, Coffee and Sodas in classroom only during hours of instruction.

•Price includes instruction by qualified teacher noted in description of retreat.

• Sewing Machine rentals are available, reservation must be made in advance.

• Commuter price does not include sleeping room.

• Deposit Information
Reservations are accepted on a first come first serve basis and are not guaranteed until payment has cleared our bank. A deposit of $350.00 is required at registration, payment in full must be made 120 days prior to the retreat.

• Cancellation Policy
We strongly encourage the purchase of cancellation and travel insurance, usually purchased through your travel agent or www.csatravelprotection.com.

•Cancellation fees are:
We will accept cancellation and charge a $200.00 cancellation fee up until 120 days prior to the retreat. After 120 days no refunds will be given, refer to cancellation insurance.

Due to Teacher commitment and Retreat Center guarantees, cancellations cannot be accepted after 120 days prior to the retreat. If you have paid your retreat fees in full we will be glad to accept a guest as a replacement for your reservation, please notify us so we may contact them for payment. Once their payment has cleared out bank we will send a refund check to you minus a $250.00 cancellation fee.

Returned checks will be subject to a $60.00 processing fee.
We will send you a written guarantee for your reservation once we have received the deposit and your payment has cleared our bank.
